1.1 The car is transferred to the rental in a clean form. In case of returning the car in a dirty condition, the Landlord has the right to leave a deposit until the car is brought to a clean condition, which will make it possible to inspect and fill out the return certificate. In this case, the Lessee pays for the car wash according to the tariff specified in the car transfer and acceptance certificate. It is not recommended to use portal and tunnel car washes. The Lessee is responsible for damage to the car at such car washes.

1.2 The average daily mileage is included in the rental price - 250 km/day. For example, when renting for 10 days, the mileage reserve is 2,500 km. The Lessee has the right to drive as much as he or she wants during 1 day. Overtravel is paid according to the tariff specified in the car acceptance certificate.

1.3 The amount of charging of the car's battery when returning the car must coincide with the amount when accepting the car for rent. If the level of charging is less when returning the car than when accepting the car, the lessee pays the difference according to the tariff specified in the car transfer and acceptance certificate.

1.4 If the Lessee delays the return of the car (without agreed reasons) within the terms specified in the current Agreement for more than 1 hour (this is the period of time provided to the client for washing the car and charging the VVB to the level specified in the acceptance certificate), the next day is taken into account in full and paid by the Lessee in accordance with the tariff specified in the car acceptance certificate.

1.5 The territory of use of the leased object (car) is limited to the administrative-territorial boundaries of the Kingdom of Spain. Traveling abroad is prohibited. The Lessee has no right to transfer the car for rent, transfer the car to third parties without the written consent of the Landlord.

1.6 The Lessee undertakes to comply with the traffic rules of the Kingdom of Spain, as well as the prescribed speed limit. In case of violation, the Lessee undertakes to compensate all costs.
If the Lessee wishes to extend the lease, the Lessee must notify the Landlord in any convenient way no later than 24 hours before the expiration date of the agreement.

1.7 The Lessee is obliged to use the rental object for its intended purpose, not to use it in sports competitions, as an instrument of crime, for towing any other cars or traveling with a trailer, for studying, as well as as a taxi (use the car for work and fulfillment of orders from mobile applications, information and dispatch services, transportation ordering services, as well as for picking up people for money (Uber, Bolt, Uklon, Freenow, Red Taxi, Elite Taxi, BlaBlaCar and other companies/aggregators).

1.8 When making a deposit in a non-cash form (by personal bank card or to the Company's account), the refund is made on the next business day. Funds are credited to the Lessee card/account within 3 to 14 calendar days (depending on the terms of the card/account issuer's bank).

1.9 Restrictions. The driver's age is not less than 25 years and the minimum driving experience is not less than 3 years.

1.10 To rent a car, you must have a valid national driver's license duplicated in Latin script. Copies and electronic licenses will not be accepted. If your driver's license is valid only in the country of issue, we strongly recommend that you include an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your application package and provide it upon request.

1.11 In the event of an accident, theft and/or illegal actions of third parties in relation to the car, the Lessee must immediately notify the Landlord by calling the round-the-clock phone number: +34 643 81 40 07

1.12 By signing a Agreement, the Lessee consents to the processing of his/her personal data (purpose of processing: contractual relations). Processing includes, but is not limited to: obtaining, systematizing, accumulating, storing, clarifying (updating, changing), using, destroying, depersonalizing, transferring, distributing, blocking, as well as any other actions related to the processing of personal data in accordance with the purpose. The Lessee consents to the processing of the following personal data: surname, name, patronymic, year, month, date and place of birth, address, citizenship, contact information (home address(es), home and mobile phone numbers, e-mail address, etc. ), photographs; information contained in identity documents, including passport data, tax number, photocopies of passports, driver's licenses, service certificates, other personal documents, any other personal data and information voluntarily provided by the Lessee when filling out the questionnaires, as well as data that may be required by the Landlord in connection with the realization of the purpose of processing personal data.
